How we handle the data of the site, the AtendGo app and the conversations companies answer with it.
Who is responsible
AtendGo is a product of Lassatec Sistemas e Plataformas ("Lassatec"). Lassatec is the controller of the data of this site and of the accounts used to sign in to the app. The conversations a company answers with AtendGo belong to that company: for that data the company is the controller and Lassatec processes it on the company's behalf (processor), in line with the Brazilian LGPD.

This site
The site uses no cookies, has no tracking or ads and asks for no data in forms.
The server records technical data of each visit (such as the IP address and the browser) for security, for a short time.
When you click a WhatsApp button, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp and follows Meta's rules.
The AtendGo app and your account
For each team member we store name, e-mail, mobile number (for the verification code), access role and language. The PIN is only stored in encrypted form (hash).
We log sign-ins and important actions (such as claiming or closing a conversation) for security and so the company knows who did what.
Notifications: the app registers a device identifier to send notifications (Apple Push Notification service on iPhone, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android). It is deleted when you sign out.
Camera and microphone are only used when you send a photo or a voice message, and only with your permission.
The conversations answered
The messages a company's customers send on WhatsApp (text, photos, documents and voice), with the customer's name and number, are stored so that company's team can answer them. Each company's data is kept separate from other companies.
Messages pass through Meta's WhatsApp Business platform.
If the company turns on the AI assistant, the text of the messages is sent to an AI service (Google Gemini) to generate the reply. Voice messages may be transcribed by that service.
The company decides how long it keeps its conversations. Customers' requests about their data should be made to the company they spoke with; Lassatec helps the company handle them.
Where the data is kept
The data is kept on servers managed by Lassatec. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
We only share data with the services needed for AtendGo to work (Meta, Apple, Google and Cloudflare) or when the law requires it.
Your rights
Under the LGPD you can ask for access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and to know who it is shared with. To delete your app account, contact your company's administrator or us at the e-mail above.
