Do I need a new number?
No. AtendGo works with your company's WhatsApp Business number. We help you connect it.
How many people can answer?
Your whole team. Each person has their own access and sees who owns each conversation.
Does it work on the phone?
Yes. There is the AtendGo app for iPhone and Android, and you can also use it in the browser on your computer.
What does the AI assistant do?
It answers the most common questions based on what you enter about your company. When someone from the team claims the conversation, the assistant stops.
Will the customer notice a difference?
No. They keep talking to the same company WhatsApp number.
What about after 24 hours without a reply from the customer?
WhatsApp then only allows approved message templates. AtendGo shows your company's templates for you to choose.
Can I see who answered each conversation?
Yes. Every conversation shows who claimed it, and the statistics show the response time of each agent.
Is my data safe?
